The other night, I was minding my own business and climbing onto the roof of a building on Main Street from an alleyway when some guy who worked at the restaurant below had the audacity to come out from inside and throw away a bag of garbage. Meanwhile, I was on the middle the ladder, and had to freeze my every movement in hopes that he didn't look up and see me. Thankfully, he went back inside without glancing ladder-wise, and I was able to hop down and get the hell out of there, but it was a very traumatic moment for me.

On an unrelated topic, I recently lost another four dollars on poker night last Sunday. That really blows, because I always get these awesome hands like the Fisherman's Flush, but then everyone's always like, "There's no Fisherman's Flush, Eric. Nice try." Some people simply don't know how to play poker.

I am currently experimenting with several ways to get my own dot.com address to link directly to eKarjala. If you were to type in erickarjala.com, for example, you would go here. The problem with that, however, is that I registered that via NameZero, and they insist on slapping a big NameZero bar down at the bottom when you access a page through them. So don't type in erickarjala.com.

Then, of course, there's places like DomainMonger.com and tera-byte.com, but they make you pay money and junk. And who has time to pay money? In the end, I'm either going to have to bite the bullet and pay $15 or keep the old address.

Summer. Good times. That old summer sun, a glass of Kool-Aid. Ah, yes nothing like the summer. It's great... Oh my God, I am so freakin' bored!

Speaking of Kool-Aid, I was delighted the other day when I was sitting on the bed of my room and none other than that red Kool-Aid pitcher busted through my East wall and said, "Oh, yeah!" He then served all the kids around a glass of tasty, frothy Kool-Aid (the red flavor). It was weird, but delicious. What a nice guy that pitcher is.

Recently I was tricked into taking a monster ten-hour shift for today, so as of right now I've worked eight and a half hours straight--with another one and a half hours to go. Furthermore, I missed Comstock, which means I didn't get to listen to bands with names like "Temporal Phunk" and "I Kan't Spell" play a bunch of wacky music. To add insult to injury, I'm literally the only freakin' person in the computer lab I work at right now, so there's truly no purpose of me being here. Bah--I've got to get a real job.

Speaking of which, Quality 16 failed to call me after I sent in my application. I guess that's all for the better though, as I hear that during the job interviews, future-employees have to take the quiz they show before movies--blindfolded. I suspect I'd probably choke under such pressure. So does anyone know a better place to work this summer?

It's OK that only one person signed my Guestbook since my last update. That's cool. I mean, Guestbooks are kind of lame. My bad.

Apparently, I graduated last Tuesday. But enough about me. How are you doing?

I've come to believe that not enough people are signing my Guestbook. Therefore, the next three people to sign it (who have never signed it before) will receive seven points. These points will later be redeemable for other, different points, so make sure you act fast.

Today was my last day of grade school. Yes, after 13 years of work (including the stressful kindergarten), I'm finally done. Now would somebody please tell me what this "collage" people are talking to me about is?

By the way, just so you know, I'm seriously considering updating the look of eKarjala. The problem, of course, is that that would involve me doing work, which I'm personally not that big a fan of.
